In states where per-enquiry fees aren't offered, practices take part by subscription (Featured) only — enquiries are still delivered free to one matched practice per city × service while we build each market. Per-enquiry fees are flat fees for advertising and enquiry handling, set in advance: never a percentage of treatment value, never contingent on a booking or treatment.
Own a service in your city
City × service sponsorship makes your practice first in line for every enquiry for that service in your city, for a flat monthly fee — if you don't accept in time, the enquiry passes to one backup practice so the patient isn't left waiting. Available per city × service once that page has proven traffic. 26 city × service pages are already live.

If your practice isn't in the directory at all, add it as a new listing: a flat $299 one-time covers manual verification and a full profile build-out (fees, photos, services) done for you. If we can't verify your practice — or it turns out you're already listed — you're refunded in full.
Practice questions
Is Featured the same as ranking higher?
No. Featured is a labelled Sponsored placement in a marked position. Your position in the ordinary order follows our published method (How We Rank) and payment never changes it.
When am I charged for an enquiry?
Only when an enquiry is first delivered to your practice — never for a cascade delivery, never for spam, duplicates or wrong-city enquiries (those are credited back), and never for a patient whose care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid or CHIP.
Why is per-enquiry billing only in some states?
State dental advertising and fee rules differ. We enable per-enquiry fees only where our state-by-state review supports them — at launch that's Colorado. Everywhere else, take part free or with a Featured subscription.
Do lead pack credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, and your full delivery log is in your dashboard.
